All of our therapeutic intuitive massage sessions are customized to your needs using a combonation on sweedish, deep tissue, myoskeletal alignment, and myofascial release techniques. These are all-inclusive services incorporating percussion therapy with the Hyperice, cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy, and hot towels as needed and/or desired.

A therapeutic and meditative experience where you “bathe” in the sounds and vibrations produced by different instruments such as gongs, tuning forks, chimes, drums and crystal bowls. Our sound baths can be booked as a single service or as an addition to any massage for a complete restoitive exsperience.

Localized cryotherapy is used to reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling in specific areas. Using a combination of vaporized CO2 for cold application and pressurized flow, localized cryotherapy provides a natural analgesic effect and a reduction in muscle tension in the treatment area.
